Would you like to become a qualified Yoga Teacher, or just learn much more about Yoga, but can’t afford the £2000 - £3000 to do a training course? Then think about training with Jude who has 30+ years of knowledge, skills and experience as a Yoga Teacher.
Jude is a Yoga Teacher Trainer, and holds lots of other qualifications in ‘Exercise to Music’ and ‘Fitness Instruction’. She is also a qualified ‘Advanced Hypnotherapist’ and Therapist (including ‘Master Reiki Teacher’, ‘Swedish Massage’ and ‘Indian Head Massage’.
Her ‘Yoga4healthuk Yoga Teacher Training Course’ is for those who have attended Yoga4healthuk Yoga classes for a minimum of 3 months and are interested in Teaching ‘Modern Yoga and Relaxation’ classes in a ‘safe’ and ‘effective’way. It will also be very interesting for those who don’t want to teach, but would like to learn more about Yoga.
The full Yoga Teacher Training course content includes lessons in the following; Yoga History & Philosophy, Yoga Benefits, Yoga Mudras, Yoga Bandhas, Yoga Pranayama, Mind Practices (Concentration & Meditation), Introduction to Anatomy & Physiology, The Skeletal System, The Muscular System and The Respiratory System and Practice Teaching a Yoga class (to include modifications for ‘Beginners and Advanced’. There are also test questions for you to answer at the end of above 10 lessons. The course also includes attending 2 x Training days in Caerphilly, to include the above theory and practical teaching. Further theory lessons include Warming Up, Sequencing, and Yoga Nidra & Relaxation. In addition, there will be homework to complete and 8 Asana practical homework picture cards for you to do lots of teaching practice. There will also be lessons in Teaching Skills, Ethics, Contraindications, Health & Safety, and Yoga Business, plus Yoga class resources are in the Teacher Training Manual (200+ pages). Theory lessons are completed by home study in your own time.
In addition, you will need to attend a weekly Yoga class with Jude, or any of the other Yoga4healthuk qualified Yoga Teachers) for you to gain the full ‘Yoga4healthuk Yoga Teacher Training Diploma’. The Diploma will qualify you to teach private and / or public ‘Group Yoga’ classes in e.g., Halls, Clubs, Studios, Fitness Centres, Leisure Centres, Gyms, Businesses and other venues.
Learning in a fun way with Jude, will include theory and practical lessons and plenty of safe teaching practice. The course is evaluated with simple tests or tasks for you to complete at home. In addition, there is one formal practical assessment on the 2nd Yoga Teacher training day. Included in the course is a Yoga4healthuk Yoga Teacher Training Manual (200+ pages), A Yoga book, a Meditation book, and help with setting up Yoga and Relaxation Classes in your area.
Total cost for the course is £595 which includes the Practical Assessment.
